Allyson Feeney: assisting in the care and management of collections large and small.

As a freelance arts professional, my job is to solve art related problems. Since 2009, I have worked with creatives and collectors alike to organize, manage, and document works of art. I have worked with mixed media artists, authors, photographers, and sculptors to create a better work environment, provide research assistance, organize existing archives, and manage grant applications and career growth. I embrace these challenges and love providing artists with the physical and mental space they need to produce their art.

In addition to my work with artists, I love working in non-profits that provide resources for those in the arts. Non-profits act as a hub that introduces and inspires the next generation of artists, collectors, and art facilitators. As an arts educator, I feel a deep connection with these spaces.

In 2012 I began a new endeavor as Founding Director of Project 387, an artist residency in rural Mendocino County. To learn more about this project, please visit us at www.project387.com.
